1. Services
Always Braided provides professional hair braiding services by appointment only, in .
2. Booking & Deposit
- A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The amount varies by service and is applied toward your total. Deposits are nonrefundable.
- The deposit is collected securely online via Stripe (card). The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment.
- Booking confirms your acceptance of these terms.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled once, with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice.
- Canceling your appointment, or rescheduling with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, forfeits your deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations are final.
- No-shows forfeit the deposit.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds are offered.
- If you have any concerns about your service, please raise them before leaving your appointment so they can be addressed. Once you leave, your service is considered accepted.
5. Late Arrivals & Guests
- A ten (10) minute grace period is included for late arrivals.
- Arriving ten (10) to thirty (30) minutes late incurs a fifteen dollar ($15) late fee.
- Arriving more than thirty (30) minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and your deposit forfeited.
- No guests or children, please, so every appointment stays on schedule.
6. Pricing & Hair
- Please review the available add-ons before booking to customize your appointment.
- Hair is included with every style by default. If you'd like to bring your own hair instead, select that option when booking.
- Additional bundles can be added at booking if needed.
7. Hair & Scalp Conditions
If you have any thinning areas, bald spots, alopecia, sensitive areas, or other scalp concerns, please let us know before your appointment. This allows us to determine whether your desired style is suitable and provide the best results.
8. Appointment Preparation
- Please arrive with clean, fully detangled, fully blown-out hair, free of heavy oils, grease, or product buildup, ready for braiding.
9. Color Variations
Because braiding hair is dyed in batches, slight color variations may occur between batches. While every effort is made to maintain consistency, exact color matching can't be guaranteed.
10. Liability
Always Braided is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products when those products or ingredients have been disclosed to you and you have chosen to proceed. Please voice any concerns before you leave the premises.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
